Web3 Legal & Compliance Specialist
About the role
Help our teams identify and document legal and compliance questions across Web3 project structures, contracts and service operations. You will work with business, product and operations teams and external legal professionals to clarify issues and coordinate follow-up work.
What you’ll do
- Research and document legal and compliance questions relating to Web3 projects and services
- Support reviews of partnership, services and content agreements and track review comments
- Organize review points for terms of service, privacy and intellectual property documents
- Coordinate with external legal professionals and prepare internal review materials
What we’re looking for
- Legal studies or practical experience in legal or compliance work
- Ability to understand and learn how Web3 and blockchain services work
- Clear documentation that distinguishes facts, interpretation and open questions
- Effective collaboration with business, product, operations and external professionals
